Arno? Ah, Yes! That's the standard response to our latest offering in the world of bench seats, and for good reason. The Arno features a unique charcoal cork expansion joint to its top and solid breadboard ends, each delineated by a subtle, hand-planed chamfer at the joint. The outer edges of the joint are fixed so that all expansion and contraction happens at the cork joint and the perimeter of the top remains perfectly flush regardless of seasonal effects on the timber's movement. The Arno also features our signature Steady branding detail. Pictured here is the 1200 mm variant in both rich walnut and crisp white oak.
